This report is run every Friday using CViewManager by Recrystallize — (www.recrystallize.com). The output is done using Rich text and emailed to the Sheriff Records employees. They place the labels on the copier and print the report. The labels are then attached to the reminder cards for all concealed weapon permit holders that are due to expire in 90 days. Avery 5162 is the size used in this report
