This is a headcount sheet that is run hourly and converted to PDF and stored on a network drive. Jail staff can print this off for shift changes and is used to do daily headcounts, Meal Passes and other functions as needed. I have used conditional formatting for inmates that are US Marshall Holds (Red), ICE Holds (Yellow) and Unit Janitors (Green). Might not be useful, but the code in the background might be of some use.
