Jail daily Event log intended to publish an up to day/hour Booking Event schedule in conjunction with a task schedule program (i.e. Visual Cut). Output to HTML format with refresh (i.e. 300 seconds) and display in a browser on Booking wall monitor. Color coding for event location, event notes, and Sub-Report specific inmate flags. Report will drop off events more than an hour past.

In Selection Expert:

• If necessary, add a filter for an agency {lwmain.agency} = “YOUR AGENCY”
• f necessary, adjust {syevent.sttime} expiration time of 3600 (1 hour)

In the Design tab:

• @Location -> Format Field -> Font -> Color/X-2
• Adjust CASE statement to highlight with different colors to match entries in the jllocatn table name field
• level2 -> Format Field -> Font -> Color/X-2
•  Adjust CASE statement to highlight with different colors to match entries in the jllocatn table level2 field
• If necessary, change “level2” field to the primary location used (jllocatn.level1-2-3-4) be sure to copy case formula first)

• Create CASE statement if needed to highlight with different colors to match strings in the jlevnarr table text field

In Subreport (Report1.rpt):

• Edit Formula Filed “Flag_Build_DETAILS”
• Adjust case statement to highlight on select flag entries in the jlflag table descrpt field
